Marshalla Asset Management (MAM) is required to file and update a Form ADV (Uniform Application for Investment Adviser Registration) annually with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This form discloses information about MAM and how it conducts its investment management business.  The Form ADV has two parts:

Form ADV Part 1 contains information about the adviser's business and whether they've had problems with regulators or clients.  MAM's Form ADV Part 1 can be viewed online at the SEC's Investment Advisor Public Disclosure (IAPD) website [enter 'Marshalla' in the 'Firm Name:' box and click on 'Go'].

Form ADV Part 2 is the portion of the registration normally handed out to prospective clients.  It summarizes the company's services, fees, and other basic information. It can be viewed by clicking here.
